Perhaps it is the stress of being Trump’s press secretary that is getting to Sean Spicer as he passes the 100-day mark at his post.According to reports, Spicer has been extra peculiar lately. In fact, last night, Spicer was spotted by reporters hiding in a bush.
Then, when reporters asked why he was back there, Spicer refused to come out. That’s right. He was actually hiding. The press reports that Spicer’s assistant reached an agreement with reporters where Spicer would come out, but only if he was not filmed or photographed. Have you ever hear of a press secretary requesting not to be photographed?
Now, reports are coming in that Spicer will not be present at any press briefing for the rest of the week. Instead, Sarah Huckabee Sanders will be filling in for Spicer until the end of the week.
This is not the first time Spicer has needed someone to fill in for him. In fact, Sanders filled in for Spicer last Friday. Sources report that Trump was impressed by Sanders’ ability to stay calm under pressure, whereas Spicer had turned beet red within minutes of every briefing’s start. Will the Trump administration keep replace Spicer with Sanders?
Could you see Sanders being the new face of the White House? According to Politico, Spicer is just fulfilling duties in the Naval Reserves. Would you like to see Spicer replaced?
